Clinical Outcome Measures

AABH has created a table of Clinical Outcome Measures that have been identified as reliable and valid. This table allows for sorting by any column and searching all fields. As tools are identified as useful by members, they are added to the table.

TIPS for Success:

• Schedule regular training for staff to learn the proper use of the tool and any interpretation of results.
• Document your training sessions (include them in HR training logs)
• Build in program review of aggregated data for program improvement
