Finding true north is essential for accurate navigation.  Hence the metaphor.  In our work we are often uncertain where and how to find the star that points us to “true north” -Where are the regulations that govern our programs?  What does the Joint Commission expect? What does Medicare require?   While colleagues can give opinions that can be comforting or echo our own experiences or beliefs, there is comfort in knowing where to find the appropriate “true north” regulation or guidelines.  This workshop is designed to explore the documents that regulate and compensate our work.  Documents and guidelines will be dissected and cross-walked with each other. There will be ample opportunity for discussion and questions.
