Behavioral Pathway Systems (BPS) and the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare (AABH) have launched a new Client Perception of Care survey that is targeted to the unique needs of partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings.
The survey was developed by an expert panel of AABH members.
The items address dimensions of satisfaction that are relevant to such milieu-based programs. Program scores are normed against similar populations to provide the most tailored apples-to-apples comparisons available.
The cost is only $300 per year for AABH members ($400 for non-members) for up to three PHP/IOP programs. Additional programs are $100 each.
